cool-pusat bersalin berisiko rendah 1Malaysia

Menurut Ketua Pegawai Eksekutif uniCLIQ Sdn.

cool-Terengganu sasar laksana kelas maya menjelang 2015
- Bernama

COOL-Angry Birds Costumes
Halloween is coming up soon, and if you want to dress up like an Angry Bird, you’re running out of time. It’s too late to buy a costume online (and many of the best Angry Birds costumes are sold out anyway), so you might have to resort to making one yourself. Here are some ideas to get you started.
We found some of the best examples of Angry Birds costumes — many of them graced numerous Halloween parties last year, and then we added at the end of this gallery a quick peek at the commercial versions of Angry Birds costumes you might be able to find in local stores or use as a starting-off point for your own ideas.
So take a look, get out those arts and crafts tools and sewing machines (or see if you can find somebody who’s good at that sort of thing). Good luck, and stay angry (but with a smile on your face)!

HOT-QUIRKY ASIA: He gets paid to sleep on the job
Kuala Lumpur (The Star/ANN) - He has the best excuse to sleep on the job.
Lee Jia, 27, earns 10,000 yuan (US$1,600) a month just to test the comfort level at hotel rooms.
Besides sleeping, he checks out the scent of the rooms, the cleanliness, the brand of toiletries and the type of TV programmes available.
Sin Chew Daily quoted Lee, a Chinese national, as saying that his job was more than just sleeping in hotel rooms and that it could get stressful at times.
His job, he said, required him to observe well his surroundings.
Lee, who loves travelling, said he would then write a review of the hotel and its facilities on his blog.
"You need to be highly focused and articulate to observe every detail in order to produce a comprehensive report," he said.

Lee Jia, 27, earns 10,000 yuan (US$1,600) a month just to test the comfort level at hotel rooms.
"A hotel is an establishment that provides paid lodging on a short-term basis. The provision of basic accommodation, in times past, consisting only of a room with a bed, a cupboard, a small table and a washstand has largely been replaced by rooms with modern facilities, including en-suite bathrooms and air conditioning or climate control. Additional common features found in hotel rooms are a telephone, an alarm clock, a television, a safe, a mini-bar with snack foods and drinks, and facilities for making tea and coffee. Luxury features include bathrobes and slippers, a pillow menu, twin-sink vanities, and jacuzzi bathtubs. Larger hotels may provide additional guest facilities such as a restaurant, swimming pool, fitness center, business center, childcare, conference facilities and social function services."

hot-10 Fastest Cars of 2011-BMW
Manufacturer’s Suggested Retail Price: $90,375
According to Dan Edmunds, the BMW X6 M is “basically an SUV. It’s big. They made it look like a hatchback.” It can go from zero to 60 in 4.3 seconds.
BMW also offers the X5 M, which can go from zero to 60 in 4.5 seconds, just barely enough to stay on this list. However, while it operates at so lethargic a clip, it still offers “lots of horsepower, lots of tire, lots of brakes.”

cool Elmo and Harry Potter among top 20 holiday toys
NEW YORK (Reuters) - A dancing and singing Sesame Street character and a Harry Potter-based DVD game could be the top toys during the 2011 holiday season, according to an industry guide released on Monday.
Let's Rock Elmo and Scene it? Harry Potter: The Complete Cinematic Journey are two of the favorites that have made the list of the 20 hottest toys compiled by the Toy Insider to help shoppers find the perfect present for children.
"The list tries to take some of the stress out of shopping," said Laurie Schacht, co-publisher of the Toy Insider. "We don't want the toys to end up at the bottom of the closet. We look for toys that engage the children fully."
Industry insiders and experts spent almost a year sorting through the thousands of choices to compile the list. All 20 toys were released within the last year.
Schacht said the biggest toy trend this year is social games that promote face-to-face interaction between children and their parents such as the Redakai Championship Tin, which is recommended for six to eight-year-old children and uses trading cards with 3-D and animation features.
"It's about getting people together," Schacht said. "We are also looking at social networks, apps and video games."
Angry Birds Plush toys, which are expected to be a hit for children six to eight years old, are based on the popular cell phone app Angry Birds.
Educational learning is another big trend with Leapfrog's Leappad, a learning tablet designed specifically for children aged three to five, among the favorite toys for that age group. olds. It includes a built-in camera and video recorder.
"This is learning where they have so much fun, they don't even notice it," Schacht explained.
Pop culture references also found their way onto the list with a toy called Justin Bieber Rockin' Tour Bus and Concert Stage, which enables young girls, aged six to eight, to pretend they are on tour with the popular teen idol.
Scene it? Harry Potter: The Complete Cinematic Journey, which is suggested for children nine years and older allows fans of the J.K. Rowling series to test their knowledge of the eight movies.
Another favorite for that age group is uDraw Game Tablet that lets users paint, draw and color and comes with an art-based video game.
For younger children Pocoyo Swiggletracks, which enables toddlers to create their own car tracks, is another predicted favorite.
Plasmabike, which does not need training wheels, and Chuggington Interactive Railways are predicted hits for the three to five year olds.
The full edition of the guide includes 110 toys recommendations from 80 different manufacturers.
"Money is hard for everyone these days and for whatever parents are willing to spend, we want to give them options."

cool-Luxury retailer introduces solid gold phone with a $60,000 price tag
Feature-rich smartphones aren't cheap, and critics of pricey mobile devices often claim that they are too expensive, despite their wide-ranging capabilities. Those people will want to look away now, as the newest device from Danish luxury retailer Aesir is sure to make their blood boil. Introducing the limited edition AE+Y phone — an 18-carat solid gold handset that can't use apps, email, or mobile internet, but still carries a ridiculous price of 42,000 euros (roughly $60,000).
The Aesir AE+Y is more shiny than smart
The lavish device boasts groundbreaking features such as speed dial, call forwarding, and even a built-in calculator. Its LCD screen measures a modest 2", and its battery can handle a measly 5 hours of talk time — compared to the Droid Bionic's 11-hour, and iPhone 4's 14-hour limits. But Aesir is focusing more on form than function, and the manufacturer is quick to point out that the edge-to-edge key design is a first in mobile handsets.
The AE+Y's barebones user interface was shaped by renowned designer Tom Hingston, and the phone's unorthodox keypad is laser-engraved and features "advanced LED backlighting." We're not quite sure how that varies from regular LED backlighting, but I guess we have to take Aesir's word on that.
Aesir's target market is clearly the super rich, but do the wealthy not also desire useful gadgets? Then again, if you're affluent enough to drop $60,000 on a solid gold phone, you're probably too busy playing polo and ordering around your servants to care about apps or email anyway.
For those of you who are only rich — as opposed to super rich — Aesir is also making a stainless steel version which will retail for a slightly less mind boggling $10,000. Both devices will debut this fall in Europe, and shortly thereafter in the U.S.
